CHYUANYANG'S WORLD: Zombie cafe crashed - 當機跳出後重新安裝如何取回已購買的藥水

好像越來越多人在玩 zombie cafe 了，很類似 Facebook 裡的 restaurant city，但比較簡單些，可以隨身攜帶遊戲應該是他最大的優勢。不過遊戲 bug 很多，甚至連遊戲紀錄檔都是存在本機，除了可以修改數值外，正常玩家當因為當機而必須重新安裝遊戲時，你的記錄也一併清空，包含在 appstore 購買的物品。(這時真羨慕有 JB 的人)

但遇上了還是得討回來呀!!等級重練就算了，怎能跟錢過意不去呢。

首先你要知道去哪反應你所遇到的問題，

再來要準備：UDID(識別碼)、purchase history(購買記錄)、crash logs(當機記錄)、會寫英文信的朋友；前兩項應該是必備，第三項可協助他們找出當機原因、第四項因人而異

UDID(識別碼)
1. 將你的裝置連接上 itunes 後可由左側點選你的行動裝置，以我來說是 ipad。

2. 此時你會看到你的裝置資訊，看到序號這邊，移動你的滑鼠在這裡點一下。

3. 變成 UDID(識別碼)了，神奇吧，至少我第一次點時覺得很神奇，一點都看不出可以點選切換[不知]。

4. 一大串要怎麼抄下來?後面還有看不到的! 不用擔心，這時只要去「編輯」點選「複製」就可貼到信裡了。恭喜你已經獲得UDID(識別碼)。

Purchase History(購買記錄)
1. 一樣在 itunes 中，不論從功能列上的 store 或右上角，只要找到你的帳號點下去，輸入你的密碼就可以檢視你的帳號資料。

2. 找到 purchase history 點進去。

3. 找到 zombie cafe 的購買紀錄後，從前面的小箭頭點下去。

4. 恭喜你!這頁就是你的購買記錄了，把畫面拍下來附件一併寄給他們吧。

Crash Logs(當機記錄)
因為非必要請原諒我用 capcommobile 回覆的內容簡單帶過。

You could help us solve this problem by sending us your crash logs. To do so please do the following

1) plug your device into itunes and select it in itunes.
2) press the sync button.
3) Once your device is finished syncing go to your "My computer" and then your C: drive
4) Select documents and settings
5) Select your username
6) Now in your top bar select tools, folder options
7) Now select the view tab and then select show hidden files and folders option. Then press Apply.
8) Now select application data
9) Now select Apple Computer
10) Now select Logs
11) Now select Crash Reporter
12) Now select MobileDevice
13) Now select the device that it crashed on.
14) Now right click and select arrange icons by modified.
15) Now select the crash log with the correct date. There will be a text file and a quicktime file. We require the text file.

Attach that file to this email and reply to us.

簡單說，先用 itunes 同步資料後可在電腦中找到 logs。以我用 win7 為例，這些 logs 資料夾路徑為：
C:\Users\你的電腦使用者名稱\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\你的 iPad

你就會在裡面看到一大堆的 crash logs，那你可以選擇提供他們這些 logs 協助找出問題原因。
